• Efforts at diversity, equity, and inclusion outreach to include tangible metrics for improvement.
• Our non-profit and government entities to partner with LSBPA to identify a broad talent pool interested in serving on boards.

We Urge
The many hardworking non-profit boards and government commissions to work hand in hand with the Lower Shore Black Professionals Alliance (LSBPA) to ensure we are adequately addressing these issues to chart a more inclusive spirit of service in our communities.
